Paper Details
In there it shows you that you need to have a minimum of 2 websites and 2 articles that are scholarly and related/support your SMART goal. A good tip whenever writing papers is to take the headings/topics you are graded on from your rubric and make them level 1 or level 2 (as necessary). For example, for this paper you would have the following as your headings
Title of Your Paper
Here you would write your introduction.
Institute of Medicine's Core Competency
Discuss the core competency that your goal revolves around. I have had some students handle this part effectively in the introduction of the paper, so this heading is not as necessary as the others.
SMART Goal
This section you would go through the actual SMART goal and all the components of the goal. Some students have used each of the components of the goal as a level 2 heading here.
Resources to Support the SMART Goal
This is where you would discuss each of the resources you have found. You could actually use level 2 headings for each of the resources or just have the level 1 heading and combine your discussion but ensure you are summarizing the resources here.
Plan of Action
Here you would delineate your plan. Pay attention to how the guidelines discuss that you should clearly discuss how the resources from above provide insight into the completion of your goal and that you need to pay attention to the measurability of the goal.
