Please include the following in Assignment 3:sexually transmitted diseases and prevention.
A. Applying the Community/Public Health Project Framework: Part 2: Describe your ongoing plans that you would complete to implement the project: Being Strategic; Engaging People and Managing the Project. Your increased knowledge of the community often will cause you to see the information with new awareness. Build on the information you listed for these 3 sections when you developed Assignment 1.
Being Strategic:
What are the underlying values most important to the successful completion of this project? In other words, what key principles drive the need for this change, and are these values congruent with the agency’s stated mission/vision/philosophy?
Examples of values that may drive the need for change in healthcare organizations are patient safety, respect, patient autonomy, staff empowerment, quality of services, cost-effective care, etc.
Thoughtfully compare your perceptions of the underlying values of your project with the of the agency mission/vision/philosophy, which you identified in Assignment 1.
Engaging people:
How could you involve people who are supportive of your project?
How could you interest people who are neutral about your project?
What strategies could you use to address resistance to your project?
How would you utilize appropriate methods for interacting sensitively, effectively, and professionally with persons of possible diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, racial, ethnic, and professional backgrounds and the age and lifestyle of your audience?

Managing the project:
Identify the key activities of your project. The greatest challenge for students is to select a project that can realistically be completed within the limits of the course timeframe. Often, your project is only a piece of a much larger and more complicated project, and your anticipated activities should reflect its limited scope. Remember, you should take responsibility only for those activities one would reasonably be able to manage within the time frame
List your key activities and the tentative timetable for these activities in completing the NURS-RN 417 Community/Public Health Project within the semester calendar. Include due dates for course assignments, Assignment 4 Presentation using Panopto, and anticipated meetings one would likely need to implement the project.
