1..Scholarly Paper – Students will author a paper that analyzes a possible or actual conflict in the health care workplace which includes the following:
• Identified ethical and legal issues and implications.
• Processes supported from the literature that were or could be used to support the analysis and resolution of the issue.
• Role/influence of the nurse leader and the healthcare organization in dealing with the issue
2. The paper should be 10-12 pages in length and must conform to current APA guidelines. For a scholarly paper.
3.At least 10 current (no more than 5 years old) peer-reviewed journal references are required in the literature review section.
