1. Reflect back to when you were in nursing school. What types of classroom and clinical evaluation processes were used for student evaluations? Were they beneficial?
2. Oermann and Gaerson reference Nitko (2004) that using test in a punitive, threatening, or vindictive way is unethical and that unannounced tests are unfair. Do you agree? Why or why not?
