Scholarly Paper
Creating a scholarly paper is another skill an executive leader should hone. Leaders need to be able to disseminate ideas using multiple formats with writing.
For this Assignment, you will critique the effective use of data by an interprofessional team to create knowledge that supports a culture of safe practice using a specific example. Examples of this are the use of universal protocols to protect patients when undergoing procedures, correct data input for medical healthcare records for all of the interprofessional team to use for decision-making, timely digital access of test results for the team to evaluate, and so on. Reflect upon your present or prior organization or practice setting and what you think is a specific example of the use of data or something that should be used to effect safe practice with an interprofessional team.
Instructions:
The paper should be 4–6 pages in length, not including the title page or reference list.
Use APA formatting with a title page, running head, title on the first page of text, introductory paragraph, appropriate headings, conclusion, double-spaced lines, and scholarly sources as parenthetical citations and a reference list. You may use graphs or figures to present data and outcomes of safe practice; if they are larger than half a page, place them as appendices at the end of the paper.
