As a leader or manager, how can you find out what is going on, where someone might be on the hierarchy and how best to help them with their motivation?
As a leader or manager, how can you find out (without crossing inappropriate or personal boundaries) what is going on, where someone might be on the hierarchy and how best to help them with their motivation? That being said, if someone is working from the bottom phase of Maslow\’s hierarchy, does that automatically imply they might not be a good employee? Does where we are in the pyramid dictate comfort/enjoyment of work?
