Unit 4 Topic 1: Work Related Conflicts
Identify a conflict that has occurred in a previous or current workplace (preferably a personal experience). In discussing the issue, review the current literature and consider the following questions:( I Work in a Labor and delivery unit, for example two doctors want to do two c-sections at a time and I only have staff for one, both cases are important and they try to push the case as emergency when I know is not)
How did the conflict start?
Did one conflict lead to another conflict?
Was the conflict resolved and if so, how?
Did the conflict interfere with the goals of the organization?
Was the conflict handled inappropriately?
