Give each section of your paper a clear heading that tells your professor which bullet point you will be talking about in that section. The correct APA cover page and reference page do not count toward the minimum number of words.
What happens when the stress or strain of the job becomes too much for the nurse? What will happen to care for patients? What does this have to do with possible moral and legal problems? Talk about how nurses can deal with or lessen the stress and strain of their jobs.
Explain two things that cause nurses to get tired of their jobs and talk about a solution for each.
Think of a time when you felt stressed or burned out because of your job as a nurse and how you handled it. Since this is your own experience, you can tell this part of your essay in the first person.
