Contradicting arguments have been all over as to how research on stem cells to be carried or not. Most of researches says that the activity is some how not moral because the embryos are of same important as to the human life. It have been discovered that stem cells have the ability of curing some of the common dangerous diseases such as Parkinson’s and the rest (Herold &Daley, 2007).
Although there are some negative results which come with the research of stem cell, the greatest advantage is that the number of people to be saved is significant large. With the stem cell, they are available in million different ways and there is no specific aspect they can be applied and thus they can be converted according to need at hand. Research shows that stem cell have greater advantage when comes to disease because they are used to treat or even curing. In another argument, it have been discovered that stem cell are commonly used in testing new drugs. Here get to know the safeness of the drug before it is injected to human being (Herold &Daley, 2007).
With the help of stem cell, researchers are able to develop of cells and tissues. Those cell and tissues generated are used in cell therapies where destroyed tissues and cells are replaced. With the help of research on stem cell, we are able to come up with more healthy and strong cells and tissues which are able to sustain un-conducive situations. Most are against this research with the argument that it is similar to abortion but the advantages are beyond that because most lives will be saved (Herold &Daley, 2007).
