Describe changes that would improve compliance of a specific measure & explain how the changes would contribute to overall quality improvement (12%), identify the people affected by changes to a specific compliance measure and outlines how changes will affect each role (12%). Outline a plan to implement changes to a specific compliance measure that includes considerations such as timeline, training, cost, or other elements (12%). Identify organizational barriers to change and examine possible causes for the barriers (12%), Explain strategies to overcome organizational barriers to change to determine which strategies will be most effective for a specific organization. Use Times new roman 12 pt, check grammar, punctuation & mechanics. Although, I need to reference scholarly resources to support my work, I have been told NOT to format my work in APA style. Can use bullet points or other formats as appropriate. I work for a large, 800 bed, inner city hospital, located in Detroit Michigan, nearly any of the core measures apply to my organization, but I would suggest choosing one of the top few such as Stroke, sepsis, hospital-based inpatient psychiatric services or substance abuse. I need a title page and reference page, no more than 3 pages, DOUBLE SPACED, I need a Running Head: and numbers on pages. Please title paper according to what is written. I can correct Title page to meet the school format, as long as the finished product is something I can edit if necessary. I would still like this opportunity to review and add things if necessary.
