after 6 months of treatment, Emily calls to tell you that although many of her PCOS symptoms have improved and her periods are now more regular, she has started getting a headache during the 4th week of the pillpak (when she is taking the inert tablets). She states it starts a couple days into the 4th week and is unsure what to do. What might this be caused by, and what options do we have to help alleviate this?
