Minor illness case study on ear pain

This case must show signs of an acute illness, so a request for a health check, monitoring of a chronic illness, or birth control wouldn't work.
This study needs to be at least 1100 words long. A handwritten prescription must be in your study. Please don't send a prescription that could be used. Put the word "example" on the prescription. On your USB stick is a sample form for writing a prescription.
You will be graded on how well you describe the patient's problem(s), how well you explain the treatment plan, how well the treatment works for the patient, and how well you write prescriptions.
Choose a case that will allow you to show how well you understand the theory behind your knowledge and evaluate the results of the management plan in a critical way.
