·         The patient will demonstrate a desire to interact with others and will seek social engagement within four weeks.

Outcomes

·         The patient will be communicative.

·         The patient will be able to interact with other people

·         The patient will have the ability to trust male healthcare providers

·         The nurse should offer themselves as a non-judgmental listener by conveying an acceptable and positive attitude by initiating brief repeated contact with the patient (Ackley et al., 2019).

·         The patient should be referred for therapy services due to her whole extended family being tortured.

·         Patients isolated may be reluctant to open up (Andrews et al., 2020). Building a therapeutic relationship encourages trust and provides the patient with a secure environment to discuss delicate issues.
