Students will submit a formal project proposal using APA format EBP project with Implementation Plan and Evaluation Plan. The paper should include all topics below and while your paper will be in APA format an example to emulate is on page 248 of the Melynk text.

Steps in Disseminating Evidence Through Publication
Find a mentor or collaborate on a joint writing project with an experienced author(s)
Generate the general concept/idea
Decide what type of publication the idea would best fit
Plan and organize the manuscript outline
Select a journal (see next slide)
Develop the content
Develop a timeline for completion of manuscript sections, including literature review
Proofread the manuscript before submitting it
