Identification of potential barriers to plan implementation, and a discussion of how these could be overcome
Appendix section, if tables, graphs, surveys, educational materials, etc. The topic is on fall prevention utilizing high frequency rounding. A six week project, Jan 13, 2019- Feb 23, 2019, is being performed on a Progressive Care Unit in acute care hospital. There are 15 rooms using high frequency rounding (15-30 minute rounding) of patients with elimination issues or have high fall risk assessment scores vs 15 rooms using traditional hourly rounding. Comparision graphs. References no older than 5 years. I have some resources that I have submitted, since this is an ongoing project.
