INTRODUCTION
To meet the requirements for this course’s clinical practice experience (CPE) paper, you will fill out the “Clinical Practice Experience (CPE) Record” that is attached.
You will need to sign and date the record electronically. Lastly, you need to add the “CPE Record” and the required deliverables from that record as separate attachments to your e-portfolio. Before you turn in AYM1, you should finish this task and the “CPE Record.” Task 1.
REQUIREMENTS
The work you send in must be your own. No more than a combined total of 30% of a submission can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from sources, even if cited correctly. Use the report as a guide when you turn in your task.
You must use the rubric to guide how you make your submission, since it has detailed criteria that will be used to judge it. Each of the requirements below can be judged in more than one way. The titles of the rubric’s parts may have links to relevant parts of the course.
A. Upload your signed and completed “CPE Record” as a separate file for review. This is what should be in the record:
• the date each activity was done; • your electronic signature to show that all activities were done;
Note: The “CPE Record” should be uploaded as a separate file and not included in your e-portfolio.
B. Add to your e-portfolio all of the following deliverables that are required:
• A table of tasks and due dates for CPE
• A sources table with a list of sources used and a summary of each source
• An interview guide was made for a meeting with a nurse executive. • You took three screenshots of your Phase 1 GoReact video reflection, one of your reflection video and one of each of your peers’ responses.
• Below your screenshot, write a summary of your Phase 1 video reflection.
• A written summary or transcript of the interview you had with a nurse executive. • A written reflection on what you learned from observing a “typical day for an administrative nurse.” • Three screenshots to document your Phase 2 GoReact video reflection, including a picture of your reflection video and a picture of each of your peers’ responses.
• Below your screenshot, write a summary of your Phase 2 video reflection.
