Question description

GM Crops and Foods Genetically modified (GM) crops have greatly advanced agricultural production and reduced the use of pesticides. These crops incorporate DNA from another organism, often bacteria, to gain advantage from a protein coded by a gene on this DNA. Many GM crops are grown in the USA and you eat GM foods frequently. I Europe, GM crops are basically banned because of environmental and health concerns. The following two websites will give you a brief overview of the issues with GM crops and foods, but feel free to look at more websites on this topic.
