Discussion: You will assess Alamance County North Carolina community’s health needs and propose the development of a community center to meet these needs. Include the following aspects when developing the community center proposal.
• Describe the population that the center will target: include reasons for the selection of this population.
• Describe the services the center will provide to the population identified.
• Discuss additional concerns/considerations that would enhance the services provides by the center. These concerns/consideration might include but are not limited to: environment, special facility opportunities (such as swimming pool, kitchen, equipment), community barriers (such as transportation, cultural considerations), accommodations for disabilities and age, etc.
