The purpose of this assignment is to develop critical thinking and writing skills while exploring a topic that is relevant to the practice of Allied Health. This article examines the transition of leadership and management behaviors in healthcare organizations towards a transformational model. This assignment consists of both a summary of the article and a review/critique of its content. (The summary and critique sections are each worth 4 points. Both sections are equally important: the length and content in both sections should be approximately equal.) Each section should include the following points. The summary should include: 1.
