Using these 6 steps describe your experience with change. What you describe could be a real nursing clinical experience, a work
experience, a student experience, or someone else’s experience that you have knowledge of.
Use the titles above, with a 1-page maximum word count of 500
words. No references are required. This is your personal encounter with a change situation.
You can write this up in a word document. The rubric is 1 point for each of the titles, to clearly describe each step.
