The student will choose a notifiable disease from the Summary of Notifiable Diseases, United States, 2015 of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report website. The home page for this site in the left column contains a heading Notifiable Disease; under this area is the required information. In 2-2.5 pages. Do not provide introduction or conclusion, this will be done separately.
