Since the start of the master’s program in nursing, I have been able to identify and collect health care outcomes, including mortality rate, patient experience and satisfaction, timeliness of care, the safety of care, rate of readmission, and effectiveness of care, etc. Also, I can use these outcomes to calculate the overall hospital quality of care and its rating. Furthermore, the program has increased my knowledge and skills in clinical leadership for patient-care practices and delivery. I can design, coordinate, and evaluate care for groups, individuals, and populations. In addition, I can account for the evaluation and upgrading of point-of-care outcomes. It includes synthesizing data and other helpful information to evaluate and attain optimal results\outcomes.
