In Njeru ,Uganda there have been issues when it comes to childand maternal health.This country has had an increase in economicgrowth which has caused higher levels of poverty in rural and urbanareas. They have had an increase in infant mortality rate form 81to 88 deaths per 1,000 births (quote that later). Furthermore,Uganda has also had a high maternal mortality rate. They started aprogram “The Uganda Ministry of finance ,planning and economicdevelopment ” to help improve infant rates,mortality rates, familyplanning and improving health care services. A major problem thatUganda is facing is gender issues has affected women’s health.Womenfrom Uganda have to deal with household labor ,marrying at youngage and producing a lot of children.

What could be a good thesis ?
